You can track your CocoaDreams order in a few different ways.
The easiest option is through your account: log in, open your recent order, and you’ll see the latest tracking updates as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. If you use the Shop App, your order will appear there automatically, and you can follow real‑time tracking and delivery estimates inside the app.
You’ll also receive a tracking email once your parcel ships, which includes a direct link to check its progress.
If you can’t find your tracking details or something doesn’t look right, email support@cocoadreams.co.uk and the team will help quickly.
