Can I Change My Shipping Address After I’ve Placed an Order

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can usually update your shipping address by contacting our support team as soon as possible. Once Royal Mail has collected the parcel, we’re unable to change the address, but we can help you track it, redirect it, or arrange a replacement if needed.
