This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how recurring CocoaDreams subscriptions and any other purchase options offered through our website can be managed or cancelled.

CocoaDreams is a brand operated by Glowworm Enterprises LTD.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a CocoaDreams subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency shown when you subscribe.

Your selected payment method will be used for recurring subscription charges unless you cancel the subscription or update the applicable payment details.

CocoaDreams subscriptions are currently managed using Shopify Subscriptions.

Subscription information, including your delivery frequency and upcoming orders, may be available through your CocoaDreams customer account or through subscription-management links provided in your order or subscription emails.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your CocoaDreams subscription at any time before your next subscription order is processed. There is no requirement to continue receiving future subscription deliveries once your subscription has been successfully cancelled.

Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring subscription orders.

You can normally manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account or using the subscription-management links provided in your CocoaDreams emails.

Subscription Orders Already Processed

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel a subscription order that has already been processed, fulfilled or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, it is treated as an individual CocoaDreams order under our normal cancellation, return and refund rules.

Where available through our website, an individual order may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.

If an order can no longer be cancelled, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.

Changing Your Subscription

Where the option is available, you may be able to manage aspects of your subscription through your customer account or subscription-management page.

Available options may include changing your subscription frequency, updating delivery information or managing future deliveries.

The options available to you will be shown within the relevant subscription-management interface.

Subscription Payments

By starting a subscription, you authorise recurring payments using the payment method associated with your subscription.

You will be charged for each subscription order according to the price and frequency applicable to your subscription at the time the order is processed.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information and delivery details up to date.

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, Shopify or CocoaDreams may notify you and provide an opportunity to update your payment information.

First Subscription Order and Our Guarantee

Your first qualifying subscription order may be covered by our 60-Day First Pouch Guarantee if it is your first CocoaDreams product trial and you have not previously received or tried a CocoaDreams consumable sample.

This means a qualifying first-time customer may open and try the applicable product and request a refund in accordance with the terms of our First Pouch Guarantee.

Subsequent subscription orders do not receive a new First Pouch Guarantee.

Instead, later subscription orders are treated as standard orders and may qualify for our normal 60-day voluntary return policy where the products remain unopened, sealed, unused and in good condition.

Cancelling an Order Does Not Use Your First Pouch Guarantee

If your first CocoaDreams subscription order is successfully cancelled before fulfilment or delivery, that cancellation does not use or waive your eligibility for the First Pouch Guarantee.

A later qualifying first CocoaDreams pouch purchase may still receive the guarantee provided you have not previously received or tried a CocoaDreams consumable product or sample.

Returns and Refunds

Cancelling a subscription and returning an individual subscription order are separate things.

Cancelling your subscription prevents future subscription orders from being created, while returns and refunds relating to orders that have already been processed are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy .

Our voluntary cancellation and refund arrangements do not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

Pre-Orders

CocoaDreams does not currently operate a standard pre-order purchase programme unless a product is specifically identified as a pre-order on our website.

If we introduce pre-orders, the applicable payment, expected fulfilment and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase and this policy may be updated accordingly.

Try Before You Buy

CocoaDreams does not currently operate a payment-authorisation-based “try before you buy” programme.

Our 60-Day First Pouch Guarantee is separate from a traditional try-before-you-buy arrangement. Customers purchase and pay for the qualifying CocoaDreams product normally and may then request a refund where they satisfy the conditions of our First Pouch Guarantee.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy if we change the subscription options or other recurring or deferred purchase services offered through CocoaDreams.

The latest version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be amended when appropriate.
