You can update your payment details anytime by logging into your CocoaDreams account. Open your subscription, select Payment Method, and add your new card — the update applies instantly and will be used for your next renewal.
If you use the Shop App, your subscription will appear under your orders, and you can update your payment method there as well. It’s a quick way to fix failed payments or expired cards without interrupting your deliveries.
If the update doesn’t save or you’re unable to access your account, email support@cocoadreams.co.uk and the team will update the payment details for you.
